The Environmental Council is in charge of promoting the NGC program called, Environmental Studies School. This program is available to all districts for members and interested non-members in our communities. It’s purpose is to teach information about our air, land, and water ecosystems, earth’s inhabitants, and how interconnected these systems are.

Every course member is encouraged to join the council, teach others concerning our environmental needs, and to add a voice to projects, programs, and concerns that occur in our communities and State. Each District is encouraged to start a class, include all clubs, and open the program to other community members.

Knowledge is Power and greater numbers make a stronger voice. Please continue to learn by knowing, growing, and sowing through your individual environmental efforts and contribute to local, state, and national concerns for all environmental improvements.
