FFGC Resolutions

A
resolution on any topic of state or national importance can be
submitted to the FFGC Board of Directors by a FFGC member. Five
copies of the proposed resolution must be in this chairman's possession
at least three weeks before a Board Meeting.
Consult Roberts Rules of Order, Newly Revised
for the proper form in presenting the resolution. Be sure to
include all the reasons for the resolution along with the names and
titles to whom it will be sent. A separate cover letter of less
than one page should highlight the relevancy of the resolution.
Include a list of the names, titles, and addresses of all persons who
will receive the resolution.
