Adopt-A-Waterway

Pat Carver, Chairman

Each district in Florida was challenged to adopt an impaired body of water and to make efforts to improve the water quality in their adopted water body.  These efforts should help to improve the overall quality of the water statewide and should help to improve our aquatic ecosystems.  Groups are encouraged to practice and teach the Florida Friendly Landscape Principles and to form or join working groups that presently exist with the purpose improving the water quality in the area.
