The Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. recognizes the achievement of an individual, a club/circle or district which further the goals and objectives of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc., the Deep South Garden Clubs, Inc., and National Garden Clubs, Inc. Giving awards is a way to celebrate excellence and achievement among garden clubs and individual members. Awards give us an opportunity to:
FFGC AWARDS INFORMATION
It's advisable to read the supporting documents before completing the single page application. The rules/procedures will explain in detail (1) what to include and what can be attached to your application; (2) to whom to email, and in some cases, mail, your application and including images (jpegs) if applicable; and (3) the deadline.

APPLYING FOR AN FFGC STATE AWARD
Please read the long list of awards to see all the different awards to which you or a club (or others) may apply. When you’re ready to apply for a state award, download and complete the Award Application. The application must be received by the Awards Chair by November 22, unless otherwise stated.

The Application form is a single page, but you may attach up to two additional pages for a total of three pages. NEW! Consent forms no longer need to accompany photographs; FFGC assumes you have procured such permission and you confer your permission forward to FFGC by your submission.
All submissions to be electronically submitted unless otherwise stated.
Please email the application to the appropriate chairperson and attach any required photographs or attachments. If you have an additional questions, please contact Sandra.
Be sure to keep a copy of your application for your own records. Most of what you submit as supporting documentation will not be returned to you.
