Course 2 provides an in-depth look at land types, their ecology and uses, including for agriculture or gardening, and the importance of coastal zones. Additional topics include energy resources, pollution and the web of life. There is a two-hour field trip. 

Specific details regarding course schedule, instructors and the field trip will be provided to those who register. Be prepared to dress for a 2-hour walk.
